About the Team

ZF Aftermarket CV Global Service Training is developing training for the entire ZF Aftermarket CV product portfolio. As a Training Development Expert for CV Aftermarket, you will be one of the key enablers of our success.

What you can look forward to as Training Development Expert CV Aftermarket (m/f/d):

• Development of state-of-the-art service training courses for knowledge transfer with a focus on Bus Axles and Driveline;
• Creation of relevant training material (ppt, videos, e-learnings, trainer guide, …);
• Related Service Concepts and customer needs, legal requirements, target group, didactical methods are to be reflected as well as intercultural aspects;
• Plan, organize and execute Train the Trainer sessions, support continuous development of trainers (sustainability in know how development) worldwide.

Your Profile as Training Development Expert CV Aftermarket (m/f/d):

• University degree in mechatronics, automotive engineering or electrical engineering or comparable qualification;
• Strong knowledge about the product portfolio of ZF CVS – focus Bus Axles and Driveline;
• 3 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas and the topics of training, didactics, and adult education;
• Knowledge about training methods and how to develop a new training;
• Know-how regarding video/animation creation and E-Learning tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline), including AI tools;
• Fluent English and Polish skills also in the technical language, German skills are an advantage.
