Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient individual to join our First Line Support Team. As part of a global leader in manufacturing parts for commercial vehicles, our team plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical awareness and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting our clients from Sweden and contributing to the success of our innovative solutions.

 

What you can look forward to as Service Desk Front Office Support:

 

  • You will be the first-line support to provide technical support to customers, field engineers, technicians;
  • Provide support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature;
  • Reporting design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs; 
  • Supporting remotely customer installations.

 

Your Profile as Service Desk Front Office Support:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equal experience;
  • Knowledge of hardware and software connected with the strong willingness to deep dive in the complex technical issues;
  • Good communication skills and a customer – and service-oriented approach;
  • Experience in a Helpdesk / Customer Service Desk role is desirable;
  • Fluency in Swedish and English languages both written and spoken.
