Service Desk Front Office Engineer CEE with Lithuanian/Russian

Your tasks:


• You are responsible for assisting and supporting our Lithuanian and English speaking customers with their technical and specific problems, both software - and hardware-related
• You have regular contact with many other departments in Transics, such as Field teams and R&D department
• You work in close collaboration with our colleagues who are responsible for sales and customer support
• You are part of our growing European Front Office Service Desk department (32 employees at present)
• You report to the Service Level Coordinator
• You will work from the ZF office in Wroclaw and are open to travel to the company headquarters in Belgium for an initial training


Your profile:


• You are willing to support customers by phone or email
• You are punctual, stress-resistant, service-oriented and a team player
• You are willing to solve technical problems
• You speak fluent Lithuanian/Russian and English; Knowledge of Polish and other languages would be an advantage
• You have experience and/or knowledge in IT area and are interested in technical environments
