What you can look forward to as Senior Business Controller (m/f/d):

• Conception, further development and operationalization of the controlling processes and sales and profit planning of OE Digital
• Independent project controlling of new developments and concept studies in the area of OE Digital, project profitability calculations of complex business cases
• Participation/coordination in strategic/operational planning as well as forecasts, preparation of reports and analyses as well as management reviews, budget and cost center controlling (including personnel)
• Management and coordination of make and buy projects, implementation of product comparisons as part of product benchmarks with the aim of identifying ideas for product cost optimization
• Continuous development and simplification of the methods/procedures/processes of the controlling system, development/optimization of Inter Company billing methods (transfer prices, license models) for development services components and products
• Interface to central accounting, audit coordination, preparation of risk reports and action tracking
• Support for business teams considering software-related business case and customer quote calculations and preparation for management approval

Your profile as Senior Business Controller (m/f/d):

• Completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable training with several years/specialist professional experience in controlling 
• Detailed knowledge about all relevant controlling related systems, methods and approaches 
• Very good knowledge of business management principles (product calculation, controlling processes) as well as very good IT knowledge (Office applications, SAP, SAP BW databases)
• Goal- and success-oriented, analytical and conceptual expertise in addition to initiative and hands-on mentality
• Fluent communication skills in Polish and English, German is a plus
• A structured, independent way of working, flexibility, resilience, discretion, ability to work in a team and intercultural competence are required
