Sales Excellence - Finance Controller (m/f/d)

About the Team

We expand our Sales Excellence team at the location in Poland.
Responsible for conducting sales analyses and other financial evaluations of the company. Prepares financial forecasting, budgeting and reporting. Prepares analyses to determine if the company is appropriately leveraged, given its business model, risk exposure and market conditions.

What you can look forward to as a Sales Excellence – Finance Controller (m/f/d):

• Divisional Sales Analysis and Reporting of Actuals, Forecast, Operational Planning, Strategic Planning for Volume, Sales, on a weekly, monthly, and year over year basis to divisional management;
• Manages Operational Planning and forecast timelines and processes;
• Reconciles sales information between various systems;
• Interface between Market and Finance view on sales;
• Initiate and support further development of process and planning tools with Finance, Market, Supply Chain Management, and IT, and counter partner for business and IT;
• Ensuring that divisional needs are reflected in other domain systems/tools.

Your Profile as a Sales Excellence – Finance Controller (m/f/d):

• Master of Business Administration or equivalent studies with financial focus;
• At least 5 years of work experience in finance/controlling, preferably in automotive industry;
• Desire for continuous improvement of existing tools and processes;
• Good communicator who can collaborate with various functions in- and outside of Finance;
• Fluent handling of standard software (MS-Office) as a pre-requisite;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Very good English communication skills (speaking and writing);
• Good knowledge of SAP BW Analyzer, SDI, S4C, Power BI.
