Regional Supply Planner with German (m/f/d)

About the Team

We are seeking an experienced Supply Planner with strong SAP expertise and excellent end to end supply chain knowledge to support our Aftermarket business. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring material availability, managing inventory levels, and coordinating material procurement. The ideal candidate brings advanced SAP skills, analytical strength, and a solid understanding of supply chain processes.

What you can look forward to as Regional Supply Planner with German (m/f/d):

• Execution of material procurement – components;
• Manage and monitor daily production planning SAP APO (PP/DS);
• Analyze and manage bottlenecks in collaboration with logistics;
• Coordinate with international suppliers lead time adjustments as well as modifying quantities of purchase orders and schedule lines according to supplier capacity;
• Transferring schedule lines from APO to SAP;
• Sending purchase orders and schedule lines (via EDI, SupplyOn, Mail etc.) to supplier;
• Responsible of planning administration in APO for replacements and NPI‘s;
• Weekly creation of backlog reports to guarantee material availability.

Your Profile as Regional Supply Planner with German (m/f/d):

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Mgt, Logistics or Business Administration;
• 3+ years of professional experience and several years of work experience in a related field;
• Excellent change management and strong collaborative problem-solving skills and key stakeholder management skills;
• Acting in multiple ERP system environment (SAP/APO/IBP);
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Fluent knowledge in English and communicative in German (spoken and written).
