About the Team

Project Management, Product & Service creation excellence team is accountable to:

• define and govern processes of product life cycle: creation, change and phase out
• define and govern tools for product life cycle processes
• implement project management mindset and framework

What you can look forward to as a Project Manager PLM Rollout (m/f/d):

• Leads the Product Lifecycle Management Rollout program for Division B (Aftermarket);
• Leads the cross-functional project team to ensure that required functionalities are implemented in the new system, data is properly migrated, needed processes are defined and users are trained;
• Ensures that all required competencies are identified, capacity is planned and provided with the appropriate process experts in alignment with functional process leaders (DPO’s);
• Owns program targets (quality / scope, costs, time);
• Ensures that Aftermarket PLM rollout program fits to Corporate, Aftermarket and other divisions’ PLM & ERP roadmaps;
• Owns and manages project schedule and budget to achieve committed targets including aligned cut over plan;
• Organizes and carries out the Divisional Steering Committee meetings for the program;
• Gives inputs to the Central Rollout Manager and reports out the progress to divisional & corporate steering committees.

Your Profile as a Project Manager PLM Rollout (m/f/d):

• Experience in Project Management (project planning, controlling & monitoring, risk management, change request management, quality management), min. 8 years;
• Knowledge of PLM systems (PTC Windchill preferred);
• Knowledge and experience in PLM system implementation in automotive industry;
• Problem-solving, prioritization skills and target-orientation;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams;
• Fluent English is a must, Polish, German is nice to have;
• Bachelor/Master’s degree (Engineering or IT preferred).
