Your tasks:

• Leading of cross-functional projects for the development and launch of complex technical products;
• Implementation of customer requirements as well as ensuring customer satisfaction in consideration of pre-specified project goals;
• Leading an interdisciplinary and international project teams consisting of the functions Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, Production, Sales, Finance, Logistics etc.;
• Definition and verification of individual project goals for each project member in the project team;
• Driving projects through all stages and gate reviews including change management;
• Continuous development and tracking of project planning including budgets, timing, quality as well as frequent project reporting to the management.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed study in Engineering or another related field
• Previous experience from automotive industry and/or project management
• Fluent in English, German will be an advantage
• Leadership qualities; communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work & time
• Knowledge of requirements and risk management
• Knowledge of MS Office package and Ms Project
