About the Team

A team focused on commercial vehicles, responsible for air supply products utilizing various technologies. Primary accountability for EMEA customers, managing projects with diverse scopes.

What you can look forward to as a Project Manager (m/f/d):

• Managing creation projects with a certain complexity, including project scope, time, budget, and quality according to relevant standards;
• Owns the Business Case and takes budget accountability for all project expenses, ensuring cross-functional alignment to reach financial contribution targets and manages the risks to secure the project targets;
• Manages changes in reference to Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets;
• Leads cross-functional project teams, inspires them to apply the ZF Way and collaborate, delegates work, and holds them accountable for deliverables;
• Act as a link between internal & external stakeholders and balance their interests;
• Drive escalations through functions and prepare for decisions incl. evaluation & recommendation;
• Project team management, setting annual targets, providing performance feedback and development needs.

Your Profile as a Project Manager (m/f/d):

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or another related field;
• 2–3 years of professional experience with a technical background or understanding of technical aspects of a project;
• Previous experience in the automotive industry would be an asset;
• Fluent in English, Polish and a knowledge of German will be a plus;
• Knowledge of MS Office package; SAP, and MS Project would be an advantage;
• An open and flexible mindset combined with a well-structured personality is very welcome.
