Product Marketing Manager
Your tasks:
• Analyze global customer requirements (RFQ/RFI) to ensure alignment with overall product line strategy, prepares with stakeholders bid strategy and provide marketing input required for RFQ/RFI response to maximize chance for sustainable business award.
• Develop and contribute to Business Cases for business acquisition and retention
• Review and develop product line Strategic Plan (SP), and align sales outlook with Key Account Teams.
• Create and maintain an understanding of Product Line’s market, market position and offering, as well as know competitor offering / USPs / Value Proposition (i.e. drive benchmarking)
• Translate Unique Selling Point and Value Propositions from Strategy Development into specific messaging to customers and markets for powerful market launch and product promotion
• Track performance of portfolio (i.e. net sales evolution, outperformance, margin/profitability, raw material evolution) and initiate activities when appropriate to keep sustainable business
Your profile:
• Successfully completed study in Engineering, business administration or another related field
• Min. 2 years of professional experience, preferably in product development, marketing, sales, project management; technical background or understanding of technical aspects
• Previous experience from automotive industry (would be an asset)
• Previous experience in working in a project team, marketing function, cross-functional / cross-regional support, remote management will be an advantage
• Good communication skills, analytical skills, etc.
• Fluent in English, German will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Ms Office package; SAP, CRM (e.g. SalesCore) would be an asset
