About the Team

Project Management, Product & Service creation excellence team is accountable to:

• define and govern processes of product life cycle: creation, change and phase out
• define and govern tools for product life cycle processes
• implement project management mindset and framework 

It belongs to Portfolio Management Domain.

What you can look forward to as a Process Expert - Product Lifecycle Management (m/f/d):

• Leads cross functional processes / methods / tools development to secure effective collaboration along Product Lifecycle for Division B (Aftermarket);
• Organizes framework for functional process experts providing inputs and alignment into cross functional Product Lifecycle Processes: product creation (GDPEP), product change, product phase out;
• Owns Product Lifecycle Processes as Divisional Process Owner and ensures: correct definition and implementation, proper anchoring in all needed tools, training for users, monitoring of execution and efficiency and initiation of improvements when necessary;
• Represents Product Lifecycle processes excellence in all Divisional and Corporate projects.

Your Profile as a Process Expert - Product Lifecycle Management (m/f/d):

• 5-8 years of in process management (planning, developing, controlling & monitoring, documentation) in area of Product Creation;
• Bachelor or Master degree - Engineering or IT preferred;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Problem-solving skills & target-orientation;
• Ability to prioritize tasks;
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams;
• Knowledge of Symbio or other equivalent system to document processes – nice to have;
• Fluent English is a must, Polish, German is nice to have.
