As an Project Quality Planning  Engineer (system/software), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and process adherence within our organization's dedicated projects, with a focus on mechatronic systems and software development. You will collaborate closely with project teams, facilitate process improvements, and contribute to achieving excellence in product engineering.

What you can look forward to as Project Quality Planning  Engineer (system/software)  m/f/d):

 

• Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop and execute the Quality Assurance product engineering plan for dedicated projects, emphasizing the importance of quality throughout the product lifecycle.
• Process Facilitation: Guide and support project teams in comprehending, defining, and adhering to established development processes, fostering a culture of process discipline and improvement.
• Assessments and Process Enhancement: Plan and conduct assessments to identify process strengths and areas for improvement. Actively participate in process enhancement workshops to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

 • Issue Management: Lead the escalation, reporting, and tracking of internal and external issues according to established processes, ensuring timely resolution and preventing reoccurrence.
• Tailored Processes: Analyze project-specific needs and tailor processes accordingly, promoting adaptability and optimization while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report project progress from a Quality standpoint, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Customer Satisfaction: Take ownership of customer escalations within projects, striving for prompt resolution and supporting customer audits and assessments.

 

Your profile as Project Quality Planning  Engineer (system/software)  (m/f/d):

 

Must-Have:

 

• Diploma in Electronics, Software, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.

  Min 3 years’ experience in quality or software management area
• Strong knowledge of software development processes, with familiarity in A-SPICE or other reference models as ISO/IEC 330xx and ISO/IEC 15504
• Proficiency in business English, both written and spoken.

 

Nice-to-Have:

 

• Background in the automotive industry, demonstrating an understanding of automotive quality standards.
• Project management skills, showcasing the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in the German language, which can facilitate effective communication in our multicultural environment.

 

Key Competencies:

 

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in engineering and software development processes.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
• Problem Solving: Proficiency in quality methodologies and techniques, including 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa. • Leadership: Strong leadership skills, negotiation abilities, and the capacity to guide teams toward quality goals.
• Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with industry quality standards, such as ISO9001 and ATF 16949.
