What you can look forward to as Financial Analyst:
•    Managing Operating Plan and Forecast processes from a divisional level,
•    Managing the month end close process through to upload for controlling requirements,
•    Support Management reporting across several management levels,
•    Analysis, review, and variance reporting of P&L, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the ZF IFRS Reporting Manual and all other relevant rules and regulations,
•    Support monthly performance reviews presentations,
•    Prepare forward-looking analyses based upon past month performance,
•    Supporting analysis of transfer pricing between the regions and divisions,
•    Deliver qualitative comments by using all available systems and leveraging local controlling teams for specific queries,
•    Lead global reporting streamline process with standard templates and possible digital solutions including identify solutions for system issues.

Your profile as Financial Analyst:
•    min. 2 years in FI department in Finance area,
•    Relevant degree of education,
•    Proficiency with SAP, Cognos, Power BI will be a strong asset,
•    English, Polish - very good in talking and writing, 
•    Capability to translate a collection of numbers into a business decision,
•    Strong financial and accounting technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus,
•    Proactive player, responsible, solid, and precise, keeping timetable,
•    Ability to work in matrix environment.
