Job Description

 

About the Team
The Divisional GRC Expert is responsible for monitoring and reporting on compliance activities, identifying potential compliance risks, and developing strategies to mitigate these risks. Reporting directly to the Divisional Head of Accounting and closely working with the Divisional CFO, this position acts as an organizational GRC information exchange hub to share any risks, best practices, and improvements across leadership, ICS stakeholders as well as business sites.

 

What you can look forward to as Divisional GRC Expert (m/f/d):

  • Continuously run risk management process on the Division level 
  • Managing and monitoring GRC processes and requirements
  • Monitor and maintain divisional ICS landscape
  • Conduct GRC assessment workshops / Lessons Learned sections
  • Continuous improvement of GRC and ICS methods and implemented approach
  • Support annual audit planning from DIV-perspective
  • Risk mitigation for audit findings and escalation of any audit follow-up activities

 

Your Profile as Divisional GRC Expert (m/f/d):

  • Higher education.
  • Several years of experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Fluent in English, German - nice to have.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an international environment.
  • A good overview and understanding of the business/process landscape.
