About the Team

Join a dynamic and collaborative team at our Windsor plant, where continuous improvement and operational excellence are at the core of everything we do. As a Lean Coordinator, you’ll engage with cross-functional teams in operations, engineering, and logistics to drive impactful changes. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference by leading initiatives that reduce waste, improve efficiency, and promote a culture of Lean thinking across the facility. You'll play a key role in shaping how we grow and improve—every day.

What you can look forward to as a Lean Coordinator

  • Implement Lean principles to streamline operations and meet plant goals.
  • Communicate regional Lean expectations and gather plant feedback.
  • Analyze processes in logistics, production, and admin; recommend improvements.
  • Partner with plant leaders to drive cost-saving and efficiency projects.
  • Apply Lean tools and methods consistently across departments.
  • Train staff on Value Stream Mapping, 5S, waste reduction, and standardized work.
  • Assist with Lean Maturity Assessments and monitor progress. Maintain and update the global Lean report for the plant.
  • Lead Kaizen workshops and track outcomes in the global system.

Your Profile as a Lean Coordinator

  • 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment and Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen, Standardized Work). Familiar with production methods and Lean concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Effective project and time management.
  • Strong communicator and change leader. Skilled facilitator and team-builder.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and promote innovation.
  • Results-driven, able to meet deadlines and ensure compliance.
  • Must be flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends, and Full-time, 40 hours/week, with possible overtime
