Head of Maintenance

We are looking for a new colleague at our location in Weihai.

Your task:

Responsible for the overall layout of plant equipment, equipment installation, debugging and acceptance, including the medium and long term planning of equipment, and participating in the advancement of equipment informatization;
Develop annual, quarterly and monthly equipment maintenance plans and supervise their implementation;
Timely maintenance for all equipment failures, responsible for equipment shutdown rate, MTTR, MTBF;
The establishment of equipment inspection, maintenance, repair standards, equipment maintenance standardization document construction;
Review spare parts procurement plan, reasonably control spare parts inventory, and supervise the acceptance and use of spare parts;

Your profile:

Equipment maintenance related working experience.
Department manager or leader experience.
University of machinery
