We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Washington, MI!
Job Description: This position is responsible to ensure that all the test labs are running efficiently. Duties will include streamlining the labs and processes, developing improvements to current processes, trouble shooting and repairing broken equipment, and working with outside suppliers if the equipment cannot be repaired internally. Must have good communication skills with technicians, engineers, and management. Position may also include technical report writing.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software engineering. Additional degree in Electrical engineering a plus, but not required.
Experience and Skill Requirements: 5+ years minimum experience required. Must have a good understanding of computer programming languages such as Excel VBA, Visual Studio, C#, VB, and Oracle SQL programming. Knowledge in basic electronics repair, and familiarity with electrical tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope, and power supplies is preferred, but not required. Knowledge in data acquisition software, and high-speed imaging software is also preferred, but not required.
