Workshop Concepts Specialist

Your tasks:


• Develop, manage, monitor & improve global workshop concepts (e.g. ZF [pro]Tech, ZF Service Partners) across all Business lines and regions.
• Refine global Independent Workshop (IWS) initiatives in line with the strategic goals of Next Generation Aftermarket strategy of the Division with a focus on generating IWS pull.
• Ensure deployment of consistent brand & customer experience for IWS across all regions
• Selection and coordination of, and collaboration with, national and international external service providers (advertising agencies, advertising material manufacturers, IT or service providers, etc.) within the scope of briefings and pitches
• Use of state-of-the-art Customer Experience competence, techniques & tools


Your profile:


• Min Bachelor degree in Marketing, Economy or other field.
• Min. 3 years business experience and first experiences in project work or work in international context
• Fluent Polish and English, German nice to have
• Good digital skills  (MS Office,  Photoshop, Adobe creative, Jira)  and open for virtual collaboration
• Customer-centric attitude based on outside-in perspective
• Strong knowledge of automotive market and customers
