Administrative Support Specialist with German

For our international team we are looking for a person who wants to develop in administrative support and willing to work with German language on daily basis.

Our team deal with ZF [pro]Tech partners in DACH region and deliver the administrative support for satisfied workshops.

 

Tasks:

  • Execution of support of workshop offers as general workshop hotline or training offer management to perform day-by-day customer proximity;
  • Management of training execution  and up-to-date offer via portal;
  • Detailed training planning as facility or hotel booking, event preparation, participation controlling
  • Workshop hotline via phone and mail in collaboration with sales and technical teams
  • Workshop contract management - invoicing of fees, trainings or other services;
  • CRM management (e.g. portal registration process, reports);
  • Fulfilment of workshop orders in collaboration with marketing, merchandising, logistics or purchasing as face to the customer

 

Profile:

  • Successful completed higher education (or in progress);
  • German knowledge at an advanced level is mandatory,
  • Communicative knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of MS-Office and SAP as a plus
  • Professional experience in Customer Service is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, structured and flexible working methods
  • High degree of discretion and trustworthiness
