Transfer Pricing & Mergers Analyst

Tasks:

• Implementation and worldwide rollout of new business models according to tax law and business administration requirements in coordination with the subsidiaries, tax department, technical departments such as Sales, Customs, etc.
• Business administration evaluation and analysis of the segmented income statement
• Carrying out ad hoc analyses and special evaluations;
• Preparation and distribution of Segmented P&L template, collecting figures from Reporting Units;
• Coordination and calculation of Transfer Prices (several dozen thousands of part numbers) according to current tax, customs-relevant, and business administration requirements for the individual subsidiaries;
• Coordination of technical support and participation in income tax audits;
• Tax Documentation (DAC6), preparation of the documentation with calculation of RU impact related LRD (Implementation or Business Shift);
• LRD reporting in Power BI, Excel: maintenance, improvements and analysis;
• Support the projects related to legal changes across Div. B – mergers , liquidations;

Profile:

• Qualified background in Finance and Controlling (3-5 years) and extensive experience and knowledge of business administration basics (balance sheet, income statement, controlling processes, SAP);
• Understanding of Aftermarket business model and processes would be an asset;
• Experience in Transfer Pricing, LRD, tax related topics would be an advantage;
• Excellent command of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI);
• Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as very good organization skills, structured and independent way of working, excellent interpersonal skills;
• Experience in working in international environment and matrix organization;
• Communicative English (Polish and German would be an asset).
