About the Team

You will join a dynamic, international Marketing & Communications team within ZF Aftermarket, working closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders across the NEE region (Poland, Nordics, Baltics). The team is highly collaborative, performance-driven, and focused on delivering measurable business impact through integrated marketing initiatives and customer-focused events. With a strong entrepreneurial mindset, we continuously explore new growth opportunities, stay ahead of market trends, and drive innovation in B2B marketing. 

As part of a fast-paced environment, you will contribute to shaping modern trade marketing approaches while working on diverse projects that combine strategy, execution, and measurable results.

 

What you can look forward to as Trade Marketing & Events Expert NEE:

  • Drive growth initiatives and innovation by proactively identifying opportunities with partners, staying ahead of market trends, and monitoring competitor B2B activities to ensure competitive, forward-looking marketing approaches
  • Manage MDF activities across PL/Nordics/Baltics, including contracts, coordination with Sales, campaign execution, and performance tracking; ensure compliance and transparency
  • Track performance and budgets, providing regular reporting, KPI monitoring, and input to forecasting
  • Deliver regional events and customer meetings, ensuring high-quality execution, strong marketing integration (ZFA brands communication), and measurable business impact
  • Strengthen Sales–Marketing collaboration through clear processes, tools, and structured communication to improve efficiency and transparency
  • Work closely with internal marketing team members to ensure consisten messaging, integrated campaigns, and allingment across all touchpoints
  • Oversee Merchandise Offer & Online Shop, ensuring availability, cost efficiency, and alignment with campaigns and events
  • Coordinate regional commercial topics, ensuring effective rollout of European initiatives and alignment between central and regional teams

 

Your profile as Trade Marketing & Events Expert NEE:

  • Min. bachelor’s degree (Marketing and similar fields preferred), fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Experience in Trade Marketing, Events, B2B Marketing / international and matrix organizations (Automotive Aftermarket knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong customer-centric mindset (outside-in perspective) and good understanding of market dynamics and commercial drivers
  • Solid project and budget management skills (KPIs, ROI) and strong results orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Confident, resilient, and persuasive personality, able to constructively challenge Sales and align priorities. Structured, data-driven approach
  • Experience with marketing and reporting tools (e.g.: Excel, Canva, CRM, PowerBI, Sharepoint, AI tools nice to have)
  • Willingness to travel across the region
