Technical Trainer

We are searching for a Technical Trainer in our Aftermarket Division working fully remote, but ready to travel to Germany and Warsaw (Kozerki). 


Your tasks:


• Development of training courses for knowledge transfer in the areas of automotive electrical engineering, e-mobility, sensors, actuators, diagnosis with a focus on commercial vehicles, including the creation of relevant documentation
• Planning, organization and implementation of training courses in the areas of automotive high-voltage
• Support and further training of trainers (Train the Trainer concept) worldwide and conduct technical discussions ZF Group experts world wide


Your profile:


• Completed course of vocational training as an engineer (m/f/d) with a master in electrical engineering, automotive engineering or mechatronics, or comparable qualification
• Very strong electrotechnical background/automotive high-voltage qualification. A high level of understanding for and in the related German and European norms and regulations – especially EHS themes 
• English and German skills also in the electrotechnical language 
• Geographical proximity to Germany 
• Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas and the topics of training, didactics, and moderation
• Willingness for international travel;  Valid driving license B. category
