Your tasks as a Team Lead Market Performance & Planning (m/f/d):

• Identify and evaluate market trends and global economic developments in the automotive aftermarket.
• Lead the evaluation and forecasting of vehicle populations with ZF core product technologies.
• Ensure standardized processes for determining market size, development, and shares.
• Provide market data inputs for strategic and operational planning.
• Coordinate market data requirements with various teams.
• Design and implement digital data reporting for market growth.
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement through training programs.

Your profile as a Team Lead Market Performance & Planning (m/f/d):

• Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• Minimum 7 years related experience in market research, consultancy, or other similar area; minimum 3 years related experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
• Strong analytical and communication/ relationship management skills, good knowledge of BI-Tools
• Understanding of ZF Group products and markets would be beneficial.
• Professional in working with international teams.
• Fluent English
• Strategic thinking, quick learner, very good networking skills
• Affinity to cars and trucks
