Business Development & Strategic Account Management Professional

Tasks:

 

  • Manage Strategic Account Planning and co-lead adherent global strategic account planning & business development communities in Europe
  • Co-develop, monitor & trigger improvements of account strategies for key strategic accounts
  • Collaborate with IAM & OES KAMs for strategic account planning & controlling
  • Lead, manage & improve strategic account planning process by thought & concept leadership
  • Manage annual Customer Strategy Talks for all defined strategic accounts
  • Closely monitor & analyze performance of ZF & competitors with defined strategic accounts against strategic targets
  • Participate in & support preparation of strategic meetings with defined strategic accounts
  • Ensure excellence & best practice sharing in strategic account planning process

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience
  • Higher education in Business Development or similar
  • Strong experience and expert knowledge in sales planning & business development
  • Sales planning or business development management experience in international context and in complex matrix organizations
  • Customer centric attitude and strong knowledge of market & customers
  • Knowledge on Automotive Aftermarket & customer relationships in the Aftermarket as preferred
  • Ability to develop strategic perspectives in disrupted & complex environment
  • Communicative knowledge of English
