What you can look forward to as Social Media & Communication Expert (m/f/d):
• Develop and execute SoMe&Comms strategies aligned with European ZF Aftermarket once, regional marketing goals & brand objectives;
• Create, adjust, and manage content (images, video, written) for regional social media platforms, adhering to the 5 Cs of Social Media;
• Analyze social media and communication campaign performance using various analytics tools;
• Stay updated on the latest industry, social media, and communication trends, tools, and technologies in the automotive aftermarket;
• Work closely with regional sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts;
• Educate colleagues on the use of social media and promote its integration within the company (in-house roles).
Your Profile as Social Media & Communication Expert (m/f/d):
• Min. Bachelor degree (preferred fields: Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Business Management);
• Native in Polish, English language skills at least B2 level;
• A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers;
• Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques;
• Organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise, work across multiple projects;
• Customer orientation and target group recognition;
• Accountability, Communication & collaboration, Organisation & initiative;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
