Project Coordinator - Service Readiness

Act as central Aftermarket Service Readiness Coordinator interfacing towards all relevant OE Divisions by supporting in the field of Serial Global Development Product Evolution Process Environment as Aftermarket representative by networking with all relevant internal Teams/Functions that Aftermarket readiness is secured & Serial Project is supported.

Tasks:

Ensure that Aftermarket is represented by a single point of contact towards Serial Divisions & internal Functions prior initial Launch (SOP)
Contributing as voice of Aftermarket during Serial Development-, Acquisition and Industrialization- Phase
Ensure that requested Service Input/Deliverables like Service- Concept/-Strategy/-Design will be compiled by internal Functions aligned on time required
Administrate Service Input in various Systems in use like Clarity, Sales-Core, Windchill, SAA

Required skills and experience:

Experience in the area of Project-Environment with analytical-, conceptual-, commercial and project skills
Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, cultures, and personalities
3+ years of experience in International Project work (experience with mainly Product-Management/Sales/Purchasing/Qulaity & Serial Technical Research and Development & Project-Management preferred)
Solid organizational and multitasking skills. Independent, quality-driven, and able to remotely manage teams and projects
Passionate about Mobility and related Automotive Products like Braking / Steering & Electronics global Service Portfolio
Fluent English & German basic
Knowledge of MS Project
