As a Service Partner Manager at ZF Aftermarket, you will be responsible for supporting and developing our private service partners in the Nordic, Baltic, and Poland regions. You will ensure that our partners operate in line with ZF’s guidelines and service standards. This includes regular visits to partners, evaluating their performance, and providing training and guidance to optimize their operations and ensure the highest standards of service.


What you can look forward to as Service Partner Manager – ZF Aftermarket (Nordic, Baltic & Poland)  (m/f/d) :

 

  • Developing and supporting private service partners in the Nordic, Baltic, and Poland regions.
  • Ensuring compliance with ZF’s guidelines and service quality standards through regular visits and feedback.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements with partners to enhance the efficiency and quality of their operations.
  • Providing training and guidance to partners to ensure they understand and follow ZF’s procedures and technological solutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with service partners and stakeholders.
  • Traveling regularly to partners in the region to evaluate their work and provide support.

 

Your profile as Service Partner Manager – ZF Aftermarket (Nordic, Baltic & Poland)  (m/f/d):

 

  • Experience in partner relationships in technical support, service management, or a similar field.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and service operations is a plus.
  • You are fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken), as this will be the working language. Knowledge of other foreign languages (SE, DE or LV) would be an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks.
  • Willingness to travel and valid driving license B category – you must be able to travel throughout the region as part of your role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working with various teams and stakeholders.
