What you can look forward to as Sales Transformation Program Lead:

 

  • Design, deploy & monitor global sales excellence initiatives & processes that support the strategic goals of the Next Generation Aftermarket strategy of the Division
  • Work closely with regions and front-end teams to reshape the organizational structure and build a scalable, transparent, and performing sales organization
  • Strengthen sales HC footprint by driving organizational transparency and optimization, leveraging data and workforce ratios to assess and achieve optimal reach.
  • Work with Sales organization to create and maintain a world-class Sales culture, focused on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching and development of sales staff e.g., Sales Incentive Plan and objective management; role standardization and competency training and development
  • Partner with regional and local front-end teams to ensure deployment & execution of sales excellence strategy & standards
  • Integrate organizational changes & optimization in the global headcount budget planning & monitor hand in hand with regions, business lines & HR evolution of sales staff.
  • Orchestrate cross-workstream alignment between organizational sales transformation, sales processes & tools as well as customer / pipeline performance management efforts
  • Deliver integrated sales transformation program outcomes on time, within scope, and with clear ownership and risk management
  • Lead the change management and communication strategy to secure transformation across countries, managers and sales teams and monitor and report business impact.

 

 

Your profile as Sales Transformation Program Lead:

 

  • University degree, ideally MBA or similar degree
  • Very strong leadership skills & proven track record of at least 5 years experience in leading teams to high performance
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional programs through strong, structured project management and governance.
  • Very strong experience and thought leadership in sales excellence and sales performance measurement
  • Customer-centric attitude based on outside-in perspective and strong knowledge of market and customers
  • Deep knowledge on Automotive Aftermarket & B2B organizations
  • Sales leadership experience in international context and in complex matrix organizations
  • High influencing and impacting skills
