About the Team

We are seeking a Sales Training Delivery Coordinator to join our Front-end Sales Excellence Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales trainings coordination, an analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness, and the ability to optimize programs based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales performance data.

 

What you can look forward to as a Sales Training Delivery Coordinator (m/f/d): 

  • Coordinate sales training programs across regions and languages;
  • Leverage KPIs and data analytics to measure training effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous learning enhancements;
  • Analyze and assess training effectiveness using post-training evaluations, sales performance data, and feedback from participants to refine training programs and ensure alignment with key sales objectives;
  • Generating comprehensive reports that enhance the effectiveness of our global sales teams;
  • Manage content review and translation process for training materials to ensure consistency and accuracy;
  • Continuously refine and update training materials to align with business objectives, market trends, and evolving sales strategies;
  • Support global training initiatives and localization efforts to ensure programs are relevant and impactful across diverse markets;
  • Assist in developing new training initiatives.

 

Your Profile as a Sales Training Delivery Coordinator (m/f/d): 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
  • 3+ years of experience in sales training delivery coordination, sales enablement, or sales coaching in a global environment;
  • Proven ability to set up, maintain and analyze sales KPIs, training metrics, and performance data to assess and improve training effectiveness;
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics tools, and learning management systems (LMS);
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams;
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, sales background and understanding of sales methodologies is a plus;
  • Certification in training and development – nice to have;
  • Proficiency in English, additional languages is a plus.
