Are you passionate about sales and driving business processes in the automotive aftermarket? Join our team in Warsaw as a Sales Development Manager Motorcycle Europe and play a pivotal role in a motorcycle business expansion in the region!
Your tasks as a Sales Development Manager Motorcycle Europe (m/f/d):
- Business Management & Project Leadership:
- Develop European customer strategy aligned with the global customer strategy.
- Monitor the agreed KPI´s and take corrective action where appropriate.
- Annual Business plan development.
- Coordinate projects and activities to grow existing business and acquire and launch new business.
- Account Management:
- Manage and strategically develop the account(s) in close alignment with the Regional Account Manager of the customer(s).
- Manage the ZF product range at the customer (e.g., share of wallet, full portfolio, range gaps, USPs, product communication).
- Customer Focus:
- Maintain close working relationships with the Customer Order Management, Customer Competence Center and Category Management teams.
- Capture customer needs, competitor activities, market analyses & communicate to relevant stakeholders to take action.
- Prepare & Host customer events / visits; maintain visit report & action plan after each customer visit.
Your profile as a Sales Development Manager Motorcycle Europe (m/f/d):
- Regional Businessman and passionate Motorcycle enthusiast with good technical understanding and strong entrepreneurial thinking.
- Strong knowledge of customer structures but also expert on market set up and dynamics in the Sub-Region/Country.
- Exercises “natural authority” in multi-cultural context of Sub-Region/Country.
- Commercial or technical / engineering background and solid product expertise.
- Strong (regional) networking and coordination/cooperation skills; willingness to travel.
- Deep understanding of Motorcycle (Aftermarket) business, market trends, innovation.
- +5 years international experience in Motorcycle, Automotive Aftermarket or comparable Business.
- Proven management skills.
- English (mandatory), Italian, Spanish or French nice to have.
