Your tasks as a S&OP Planner (m/f/d):

Demand Planning: 

• Support the Sales & Operations Planning process within assigned area with the goal of ensuring consensus on one business wide demand plan as well as an effective Supply/Demand balance. This includes preparation work for monthly demand review meetings as well as support to local planners and production sites.
• Collaborate with Sales, Category, and Supply Chain teams to align forecasts with business strategies (consensus demand).

Supply Planning:

• Prepare data for Supply Reviews: supply plan accuracy, inventory levels, backorders, KPIs
• Spearhead capacity planning initiatives to optimize DC output/production capabilities and meet customer demand efficiently.

Inventory Optimization:

• Take responsibility for regional inventory in assigned area and its optimization.Ensure that inventory targets match required parts availability.
• Network and Relationship Building:
• Build and develop a strong network and trustful relationships across ZF Aftermarket Europe and the global sourcing network.
• Understand customer requirements and align with supply chain strategies set by global SCM team to meet their needs effectively.

Your profile as a S&OP Planner (m/f/d):

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Mgt, Logistics or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, minimum 2 years in the field of S&OP.
• Knowledge of MS Office package, SAP (SAP IBP would be beneficial).
• Excellent change management and strong collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Key stakeholder management skills; strong strategic agility and high influencing skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent English skills, additional German would be an asset.
