Regional Senior Pricing Specialist

Job Description

Main tasks:
· Operational pricing for the region incl. price implementation under consideration of the pricing framework given by central global pricing
· Calculate local impact of central corridor calculation & build customer price lists
· Maintain price list with changes, supersessions, NPI following the central guidelines approach
· Initiate price changes outside of regular reviews
· Launch & manage the approval process for price changes
· Retail price set up for relevant markets
· Local tender & deal management support
· Monitoring and control of price compliance to price corridors & price harmonization within the respective zone or country
· Ad hoc analysis on SPV achievement, margin leakage, competitor positioning, rebate change
· Key user of software relevant for pricing

Profile:
· Bachelor’s degree in business or finance or marketing
· Min 7 years of experience in similar field (pricing, finance or business analytics)
· Excellent MS Excel knowledge with the ability to handle big volumes of data.
· Solid experience in data analysis and good understanding of financial KPIs (sales, margin, volume development)
· Good communication skills with the ability to standardize price calculation structure across complex silos
· Fluent English
· Ability to work in an international company and team (remote manager)
