Purpose of the role:

Empowering the workshop service & sales front-end organization with the routines, content and tools that help to sell and service more effectively

 

What you can look forward as Regional Sales/Service Enablement Specialist EU - Workshops:

  • Workshop Engagement & Enablement – Drive CRM adoption and enablement initiatives tailored for the workshop customer cluster, ensuring field teams have the necessary tools, training, and insights to strengthen workshop relationships and boost pull strategies for spare parts.
  • CRM Usability & Strategic Optimization – Ensure that CRM tools and processes support workshop engagement, the direct business model for Digital Solutions, and the strategic directions of Commercial Vehicles and Passenger Cars. Monitor adoption, enforce best practices, and optimize usability based on business needs.
  • Performance Measurement & Service Excellence –Track key CRM-related workshop engagement metrics, including workshop engagement levels, service effectiveness, and sales performance. Align CRM priorities with broader front-end transformation efforts and business line strategies.
  • Stakeholder & Needs Management – Gather, prioritize, and consolidate CRM requirements from all relevant business lines and sales zones to support workshop engagement, spare parts pull strategies, and the digital business model.
  • Customer-Centric & Network Proximity Strategy – Ensure CRM initiatives enhance workshop engagement by equipping sales teams with the right insights, tools, and best practices. Strengthen proximity to the workshop network to drive spare parts sales and service excellence.
  • Continuous Improvement & Change Management – Promote CRM adoption within the workshop segment through targeted training, engagement routines, and feedback-driven optimizations. Ensure seamless integration of CRM with evolving business models for both traditional and digital sales channels.

 

Your profile as Regional Sales/Service Enablement Specialist EU - Workshops:

  • Deep understanding of workshop networks, the customer journey, and changing customer behaviors. Strong understanding of sales and service and customer management processes.
  • Ability to communicate the methodology to field reps and managers in a way that’s easily understood.
  • Ability to answer relevant questions and oppose concerns.
  • Train and coach workshop teams in an effective way.
  • Coordination, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and technology.
  • Analytical mindset for prioritizing and balancing competing business needs.
