What you can look forward to as Regional PC Strategy & Business Development Expert Europe (m/f/d):

• Support for Strategy Development and ensuring execution in region;
• Identify and research business opportunities for new and existing markets (IAM /OES);
• Identify future business prospects based on market research data (incl. machine learning), market / customer feedback and divisional opportunities;
• Explore and Build strategic partnerships to market players which can help to realize the business opportunities for the Business Line in the region;
• Create and implement strategies to identify, attract and acquiring new business to reach and surpass revenue and growth goals;
• Develop concepts for reaching full market penetration through various sales channel.

Your profile as Regional PC Strategy & Business Development Expert Europe (m/f/d):

• Strong strategic and analytical skills (deriving product and solution trends, defining & structuring problems, driving analysis and “insights” and making recommendations);
• Strong business acumen as well as deep experience and understanding of technologies, industry and markets;
• Professional and international experience in automotive aftermarket is a plus;
• Strong influencing and communication skills;
• Collaborative and decision oriented (interacting with several internal stakeholders);
• Solid experience to lead strategy and business development processes;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), PowerBI is a plus;
• Fluent English.
