What you can look forward to as Project Manager - Aftermarket Category Management (m/f/d):


• Lead major projects affecting the Category across different regions & product lines (e.g. implementation of new regulatory standards, transformational projects);

• Define project plans incl. milestone planning, risk management & KPIs:

  •  Within the project execution, manage risks, resolve problems / issues and manage baseline changes, reporting & escalating to decision makers and stakeholders
  •  Secure and negotiate team resources and provide performance feedback and development needs;

• Monitor product creation processes & teams’ performance. Design and lead implementation of improvement actions if needed;

• Ensure and document compliance with standards and processes for product creation (GDPEP). Contribute to continuous improvement of these standards and processes together with Domain Functions;

• Being an active part of project management community;

• If applicable: coordinate the creation of project business case;

• Managing interests of project stakeholders.


Your Profile as Project Manager - Aftermarket Category Management (m/f/d): 


• Min. 5 years experience in project management & PM tools (project planning, controlling & monitoring, risk management, change request management, quality management);

• Min. Bachelor’s degree;

• Knowledge of ZF Products, footprint, structures and processes, in particular GDPEP;

• Problem-solving skills & outcome-orientation;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Ability to prioritize tasks;

• Leading cross-functional teams;

• English is a must, Polish is nice to have.
