About The Team:

As Product Owner Salesforce you will drive and steer the prioritization, refinement and implementations of CRM platform features like customer hierarchy, customer segmentation and customer & contact master data management building the foundation for efficient data flows and the CRM capabilities developed by other product teams as well as business growth.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and users to understand and anticipate needs
• Translate needs into product requirements & feature requests

• Manage product backlog and prioritization based on changing requirements

Your profile as Product Owner SalesForce:

• Successfully completed Bachelor or Master degree in business administration or Information Technology
• At least 5 years of experience as project manager or product owner
• Proven experience with Salesforce, especially Account & contact management (Salesforce certifications are a plus)
• Strong ability to involve and motivate people from different areas of the organization
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies like Scrum, and master data quality and data governance
• Entrepreneurial, driven self-starter focused on identifying opportunities having the tenacity and energy to build the necessary bridges to make it happen.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Experience in global stakeholder management
• Very good ability to think abstractly and analytically
