We are the European Category Management team for Control Systems in the Passenger Car segment. What you can look forward to as Regional Product Manager (m/f/d):

• Lead regional product range development plans to meet KPIs derived from business and customer requirements.
• Manage the full product lifecycle for hardware products, including New Product Introduction (NPI), change management, and phase-out activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, purchasing, quality, compliance, marketing) to ensure timely and successful product launches.
• Ensure operational readiness (pricing, stock, service readiness) and provide support to Customer Service Desk for technical and commercial inquiries.
• Supports analyzing market trends and customer feedback to define product strategy and roadmap for our product Range.

Your Profile as Regional Product Manager (m/f/d):

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in product management with a strong focus on physical products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global and regional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to execute product strategies
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality standards.
