We are looking for support for our Program & Project Management in Digital Solutions (BDW) team at our location Warsaw, Poland

About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to own and drive our software product portfolio in the vehicle diagnostics domain. In this role, you will define product vision, shape market strategy, and ensure that our solutions deliver strong customer value while meeting business and profitability targets.
You will act as the central interface between customers, engineering, and business stakeholders, ensuring that our products are aligned with market needs and technological trends.

What you can look forward to as Product Manager CV Diagnostics (m/f/d):

• Own and drive the product portfolio and strategy, including roadmap definition, alignment, and execution, with full P&L accountability
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to define strong value propositions and identify growth opportunities
• Develop product strategies, business cases, and go-to-market plans aligned with corporate and divisional objectives
• Identify customer needs and translate them into innovative product concepts, validated through research and proof of concepts (POCs)
• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and development teams
• Act as the main interface between customers, engineering, and cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Legal, IT)
• Support product positioning, pricing strategies, and sales enablement activities, including customer presentations and marketing materials
• Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally, representing the product at industry events and acting as the go-to expert

Your Profile as Product Manager CV Diagnostics (m/f/d):

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related Technical background
• Min. 5 years of experience as Product Manager in agile software product development organizations, ideally in the automotive industry
• In-depth understanding of E/E vehicle architecture and related vehicle diagnostics standards and requirements
• Passionate about the aftermarket industry, with a deep understanding of workshop repair processes
• Ability to go deep with engineering when required but understand that your real value is your business acumen, strategic thinking, and precisely informed perspectives; you never lose sight of what your customers need.
