Your job role as Product - Legal Audit & Process Expert
 Lead Product Compliance Audits
•    Plan and conduct audits of products, documentation, processes, labeling, certifications, and specifications to ensure regulatory compliance.
 Ensure Regulatory & Policy Compliance
•    Monitor industry regulations, evaluate compliance requirements, and recommend policy or process updates for the aftermarket product portfolio.
Manage Risk & Non-Conformities
•    Identify compliance risks, conduct risk assessments, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
 Lead Cross-Functional Compliance Initiatives
•    Coordinate task forces and Product Compliance Review Boards to resolve compliance issues and execute action plans effectively.
 Report & Escalate Compliance Findings
•    Prepare audit reports, communicate findings to stakeholders and management, and escalate significant regulatory concerns when necessary.
 Develop & Support the Team
•    Delegate audit activities, provide guidance and training to team members and new hires, and ensure continuous improvement in compliance practices.

Skills and experience required for Product - Legal Audit & Process Expert
•    Master’s degree in Law with relevant compliance or auditing qualifications. 
•    8+ years of experience in legal, compliance, or auditing functions. 
•    Expertise in product compliance, auditing, and manufacturing processes. 
•    Strong knowledge of automotive regulations, aftermarket products, and global compliance frameworks. 
•    Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
•    Experience leading teams and projects, with proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
