Job Description

Tasks:

• Researching industry regulations and product compliance requirements with focus on product’s certification and homologation in Global range;
• Updating and regular assessment of Product Compliance Management Regulation Data Base;
• Analyzing the policies and recommend changes or updates to keep our production and product distribution aligned with current industry regulations;
• Legal assessment on product requirements on Global level;
• Legal assessment on regulations and projects related with aftermarket product portfolio;
• Staying updated about ongoing product requirements  to maintain records of product documentation;
• Investigating product compliance issues and file reports to Senior Manager and Projects
• Alerting of potential risks , product regulatory concerns, and other issues of importance to Head of Product Compliance; Risk Assessment (GRC);
• Project management and change management lead on product legal requirements;
• Training, preparation of materials for awareness, cooperation and resolving the tickets related with project assessment for various functions by sharing information regarding product regulation and compliance.

Profile:

• Min 3 years’ experience in legal or compliance assessment;
• Degree (min Bachelor) in legal, administration or industrial engineering;
• Product legal requirements knowledge in one or more scope: export control, foreign trade, certification, type approval, auditing, legal project management;
• Experience in legal requirements assessment in export control or technical legal regulation assessment in engineering or automotive industry will be added value;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work as part of a team with time pressure;
• Solid research and information-gathering skills;
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Microsoft Office knowledge; PowerPoint presentation skills, Excel, AI and Power Bi as added value
• English written and spoken- fluent, Polish – fluent
• Key competencies: Product Compliance, Analytical and Research, Process Management, Diversity understanding, Project Management;
