Product Compliance Certification Execution Expert (m/f/d)

About the Team: 

You will join a global team focused on product compliance and certification across the full product lifecycle. We are looking for a Homologation Expert, ideally with Technical Service experience and end-to-end process knowledge to execute complete product documentation. The team combines technical expertise with regulatory know-how to ensure seamless market access worldwide. We work closely with laboratories, Technical Services, and external authorities to deliver reliable and compliant products.

What you can look forward to as Product Compliance Certification Execution Expert (m/f/d):

• Ensure global compliance with legal and industry regulations for product certification and homologation;
• Define and maintain key regulatory requirements and certification database for the product portfolio;
• Manage certification processes, tools, documentation, and tracking of approvals;
• Handle certification requests, audits, complaints, and laboratory evaluations;
• Investigate compliance issues and report findings to management and project teams; 
• Cooperate with customers and external authorities to ensure certification readiness and trust; 
• Monitor ongoing compliance (audits, re-testing, inspections) across product lifecycle;
• Assess risks, support legal interpretation, and manage certification-related projects globally.

Your Profile as Product Compliance Certification Execution Expert (m/f/d):

• Experience in Homologation/Certification/ Technical and Legal requirements of Automotive Products, Aftermarket (spare parts) will be added value;
• Experience in Supervisory Authority or Automotive Industry – mandatory at least 7 years;
• Engineering, Quality or Law degree – expected as high added value;
• Understanding of the legal regulation country specific and global framework;
• Project and Team leading experience (On process, department or project level);
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Polish, added value Portuguese;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize with Process and Training excellence and ability to work flexibly; both independently and as part of a team, using initiative and staying calm under pressure;
• Use and maintain various databases as applicable. Be computer literate in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
