Product Compliance Audit Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Compliance Auditor to analyze policies, recommend updates, and ensure our production and distribution align with industry regulations. This role involves conducting audits, managing compliance activities, and leading cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in auditing, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of industry laws and standards.

Job Description

What you can look forward to as Product Compliance Audit Specialist:

• Performs audits on related product documentation and process performance for accuracy and completeness on a divisional level;
• Evaluate the divisional’ s functions/ sites activities, procedures and documentation (certificates, labeling, marking, spec. requirements) related with Aftermarket product portfolio to ensure compliance with relevant and applicable industry laws, regulations, and internal policies;
• Conduct, manage auditing activities, delegate tasks to team members, evaluate their performance, and provide daily guidance and assistance;
• Identify products/ product groups, areas and procedures which are not compliant and implement the necessary changes;
• Analyze potential risks to avoid compliance issues, resolve operational and financial problems, and prepare and present reports on internal and external purposes and audits;
• Ensures corrective actions by managing and leading cross-functional Task Forces projects take place in a timely manner. Tracking, reviewing of the systematic root cause analysis and the measures driving from the non-conformities of the product compliance processes, standards and documentation;
• Initiate and participate in Product Compliance Review Boards, track, manage and communicate the guidelines and action plan.

Your Profile as Product Compliance Audit Specialist:

• Proven experience in an auditor position in product management and processes in the manufacturing industry - at least 8 years;
• Knowledge of technical and legal requirements of automotive products and the aftermarket (spare parts) is an added value;
• Understanding of country-specific and global legal regulations;
• Preferred Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, engineering, law, or equivalent as an added value;
• In-depth knowledge of the auditing process, tools, and methods at the product level; applicable industry laws, regulations, and standards;
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills;
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail;
• Ability to lead and manage teams of 3-10 people, create and lead processes and training, and proficiency in using various computer databases, SAP, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
