What can you look forward to as a Pricing Controlling Specialist (m/f/d):

• Ensure & secure the pricing KPI fulfillment with stakeholders in pricing, commercial excellence, and product category management, both at global and regional level
• Set up monthly routines with key stakeholders and explore reasons behind KPI non-compliance
• Track, monitor and escalate non - compliance to targets to the right management stakeholders in order to facilitate target compliance
• Able to build and present findings & reports in a clear and concise manner using graphical charts where necessary
• Direct involvement in the design, development, and implementation of features in our existing pricing platform Pricefx which will bring insights into pricing performance across our organization
• Develop and facilitate trainings for users to self-service KPI dashboards and charts in Pricefx and/or PowerBI
• Champion data integrity within the pricing organization to ensure all that the right data is used for critical pricing activities

Your profile as a Pricing Controlling Specialist (m/f/d):

• Several years of experience in pricing or finance or product marketing
• Strong communication skills across different management levels
• Ability to meet deadlines & work partially remotely
• Strong digital & analytics acumen
• Rigor & routine in managing targets
• Team player
• Advanced Excel skills, Power BI would be an advantage
• Fluent English language skills
