Are you looking forward to a new challenge? Do you want to shape the omnichannel guided selling program in ZF Aftermarket focusing on leveraging advanced analytics & connected customer relationship platform (CRM) to enable sales growth through online and offline sales channels? 
Perfect! Apply for Omnichannel Guided Selling – Project Manager position and join a dynamic Commercial Strategy, Governance & Innovation team within Customer & Commercial Excellence (CCX) domain. 

 

Your tasks:
• Support omnichannel guided selling program manager in designing overall strategy, content & drive efficient program execution partnering with customer & commercial excellence functions and leveraging digital platforms & technologies; 
• Lead the business solution design of end-to-end guided selling workflow and co-shape development of new business opportunity types, ensure seamless implementation and improved conversion into incremental sales partnering with the program stakeholders;
• Expand the role of digital channels’ guided selling activities and impact with focus on e-shop, marketing automation ensuring full synchronization with offline / front end sales channels;
• Support in the design, creation and governance of guided workflows via dedicated sales performance dashboards as business solution architect and business product owner and other tools enabling guided selling capability;
• Partner with key stakeholders to drive the development, change management and implementation of new releases and business capability expansion of digital tools and solutions for guided selling program;
• Ensure alignment and efficient planning of annual program roadmaps, milestones and activities within the program between various stakeholders to secure resources allocation and timely delivery of milestones;
• Ensure proper documentation of end-to-end processes, support internal communication strategy related to the program and adoption of key initiatives and realization of KPIs and key metrics;
• Prepare impactful and insightful presentations intended to create awareness about the program/projects within the organization and drive change management. 

 

Your profile:
• Min. bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or similar field; 
• Min. +3 years of experience in related field (incl. internships);
• Experience in process improvement (Six Sigma, Lean - nice to have);
• Strong analytical skills paired with very good knowledge of analytical & visualization tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerBi, Tableau etc.);
• Critical thinking, consulting experience / mindset;
• Business acumen and strong project management skills;
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills; ability to foster collaboration & empowerment with remote leadership;
• Rigor in managing targets & deadlines;
• Ability to implement difficult changes, remotely and at scale;
• Strong presentation skills incl. visualization tools (Microsoft PowerPoint etc.);
• Good knowledge of English, other languages would be an asset.
