Marketing Trainee

Warsaw | 12-month paid traineeship | Full-time, 5 days a week

Start your career in Marketing & Communications

We’re looking for a Marketing Trainee to join us in Warsaw for a 12-month paid traineeship. This is a full-time opportunity requiring availability five days a week, designed for someone who wants to take their first professional steps in an international environment and learn how Marketing & Communications works in practice.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn the ropes across different areas of MarComms, with a particular focus on internal communications and exposure to product marketing. You’ll work alongside colleagues across different functions, contribute to real projects and gradually build a broad marketing skill set.

What you’ll do

During your traineeship, you’ll have the opportunity to:

 

  • Support internal communications, helping develop, organize and distribute communication materials and contributing to change management activities.
  • Create engaging content, including articles and team-focused content for internal digital channels.
  • Support our intranet presence, helping keep marketing content relevant, current and engaging.
  • Get hands-on exposure to product marketing, supporting campaigns, marketing resources and product collateral.
  • Organize marketing and sales resources, including product documentation for internal and external audiences.
  • Support events, from preparing marketing materials to helping with post-event communications.
  • Collaborate across functions, working with different teams to support cohesive marketing initiatives.

Who we’re looking for

You could be a great fit if you:

 

  • Are a recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or a student who can commit to full-time work.
  • Can commit to a 12-month, full-time traineeship, five days a week.
  • Are open-minded, proactive and eager to learn.
  • Have strong communication and organizational skills, with good attention to detail.
  • Enjoy creating, contributing ideas and turning them into action.
  • Have an interest in the automotive industry or technology.
  • Are comfortable with Microsoft tools, including SharePoint. Experience with graphic design tools is an advantage.
  • Are fluent in English. Polish is optional, and knowledge of another European language is a plus.
