About the Team:

Key purpose of the role is to lead and coordinate pan‑European marketing projects to increase market penetration, ensure successful NPI execution and improve transparency and consistency of marketing activities across the EU automotive aftermarket.

 

What you can look forward to as Marketing Project Manager Europe:

  • Pan‑European Marketing Project Management,
  • Ensure alignment between Global Marketing strategy and regional/local execution,
  • Drive best‑practice sharing and standardization across European markets,
  • Market Penetration & Growth Programs: develop and coordinate Europe-wide market penetration initiatives (product, brand, channel, customer segment),
  • New Product Introduction (NPI) Coordination: act as European marketing lead for NPI programs in cooperation with Global Marketing and Business Lines, coordinate launch frameworks and ensure timely and consistent roll‑outs across EU sub-zones,
  • Ensure transparency of European Marketing Activities (e.g., establish common reporting standards, dashboards and KPIs, support decision‑making through structured insights and analyses),
  • Strong cross‑functional & Stakeholder Collaboration, especially with: Global Marketing, Business Lines, Zone Marketing and Sales, act as central coordination point between strategic and operational marketing levels,
  • Close collaboration & regular reporting to Head of Regional Marketing Europe, preparation of management presentations, project updates and stakeholders’ communication.

 

Your profile as Marketing Project Manager Europe:

  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing, preferably in automotive aftermarket or industrial B2B, with matrix organizations and multiple stakeholders,
  • Proven experience in international / regional project management,
  • Core competencies: strategic thinking & execution capability, strong project management skills, market & customer orientation, analytical mindset and KPI‑driven approach, high level of coordination and communication skills, ability to work under pressure and manage complexity,
  • Languages: English - fluent (mandatory); other European languages - an advantage,
  • Tools & systems: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Marketing dashboards & reporting tools (advantage); CRM / campaign management tools (advantage).
