About the Team
You will be joining the recently created Integrated Marketing team within the Marketing, Communications and Transformation team of ZF Aftermarket. You will work alongside the Integrated Marketing Planning, Digital Strategy and Delivery Leaders and Content Strategy and Delivery Leaders among others.
What you can look forward to as Marketing Operations Manager:
Acting as the Project Management Office (PMO) for the Integrated Marketing team this role requires a highly organised individual comfortable managing multiple workstreams, projects and programmes simultaneously. Responsible for working with a range of stakeholders to identify the critical path and ensure that both Commercial Programmes are adequately resourced to deliver on time and within budget. This role also holds responsibility for designing and maintaining internal filing systems for the team, managing purchase requisitions and supporting the tracking and reconciliation of budgets and spend across the marketing teams.
Your Profile as Marketing Operations Manager:
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field,
- 5+ years in project management roles, ideally with extensive experience in traditional (waterfall based) planning and project management ideally in automotive aftermarket or strong B2B brands,
- Strong track record for success in delivering projects on time and within budget with experience of managing complex budgets and procurement processes,
- Excellent experience in process mapping, workflow design and leader standard work design within complex, highly matrixed B2B organizations,
- Excellent skills to lead by influence, empowerment, coaching, role modeling and human leadership - executing soft power to achieve successful outcomes,
- Previous experience in utilising Project Management software such as MSProject, Smartsheet, Monday.com or Trello a must,
- Previous knowledge and experience of Agile Methodologies an advantage,
- Entrepreneurial, analytical & growth mindset,
- Strong experience in managing ambiguity by bringing clarity through excellent stakeholder tailored communication, clear vision and goal setting which is easy to understand,
- Ability to challenge the status quo & to question our paradigms,
- Fluency in English is a must, proficiency in any other languages a great plus.
