ZF’s Aftermarket Digital Services enable aftermarket customers across application segments (cargo transport, people transport, industrial applications) to radically improve the efficiency, the sustainability and the safety of their operations, while meeting the regulatory and visibility standards of their markets. The solutions are based on a mix of connectivity units installed in the vehicles, communicating with a modern cloud-based IoT, data management and end-user software platform.

As Marketing Leader for ZF’s Aftermarket Digital Services business line you will own our solutions-specific customer journey and marketing strategy, and deploy global marketing plan while considering relevant channels and USPs for the business line and its solutions. You will manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional central teams, driving brand awareness, and ensuring that the company's marketing efforts align with business objectives.

 

Tasks:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the business line’s goals and target audience. Define key marketing objectives, target market segments, and positioning strategies for both solutions to workshops and fleets;
  • Lead & develop an accountable, collaborative, diverse, entrepreneurial, and passionate team (5 – 10 team members). Own the marketing budget for the Digital Solutions Business Line;
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to refine marketing strategies, identify new opportunities, and differentiate the business line’s offerings in our industry;
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, events, and more;
  • Collaborate with the central  marketing teams to develop compelling marketing collateral, including website content, sales presentations, product brochures, case studies, and other materials. Ensure synergies and alignment with the company's brand identity and messaging;
  • Drive a marketing analytics and performance culture. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement;
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive lead generation and conversion efforts. Implement lead nurturing programs, optimize lead qualification processes, and ensure smooth handoff between marketing and sales teams.

Profile:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the SaaS industry and/or automotive aftermarket industry;
  • Strong leadership skills and proven track record of managing and developing marketing teams;
  • Expertise in marketing analytics, performance tracking, and reporting tools;
  • Very good understanding of branding principles, positioning strategies, and messaging development.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and events;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate marketing strategies and initiatives;
  • Highly analytical combined with entrepreneurial mindset and an ability to build a data-informed marketing strategy with clear sense of purpose, execution and delivery;
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty; the ability to act nimble, lead others and translate ambiguity into clarity and solutions;
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive innovation and differentiation in marketing efforts.
