What can you look forward to as Manager Planning & Reporting (Finance and Controlling) (m/f/d):

• Leading, coaching and developing of the international Planning and Reporting team of approx. seven employees.
• Ensuring the analysis and reporting (target, plan/actual, prior year variances) of financial information within the framework of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Identifying areas for action and measures from a controlling perspective to achieve financial targets.
• Providing guidance in the coordination of divisional Financial Performance Reviews (FPR) and Performance Reviews (PR).
• Leading and ensuring the month-end closing and forecasting processes, as well as the annual business planning, particularly in collaboration with regions and subsidiaries.
• Further developing of the planning and controlling management system for ZF Aftermarket.
• Providing controlling services for the steering of ZF Aftermarket-specific regions, business lines, and domain/excellence functions.
• Performing ad-hoc analyses and special evaluations, and consulting and supporting of senior management, departments, and reporting units on business management issues.
• Leading projects within the controlling environment of ZF Aftermarket.

Your profile as Manager Planning & Reporting (Finance and Controlling) (m/f/d):

• Successfully completed degree in economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Extensive experience in finance, controlling, and performance management
• Knowledge of controlling and performance management processes and systems
• Strong team and communication skills, as well as an independent and precise working style and good presentation skills
• Assertiveness and stress resilience, confidence in appearance, and approaching issues with a solution-oriented mindset
• Ability for analyzing complex issues and preparing executive summaries
• Very good IT skills (SAP BW, MS Office); knowledge of Think-Cell, Analysis for Office and MS Power BI is an advantage
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; any additional foreign language skills (especially Polish or/and German)  would be an asset
