Job Description
Integrated Marketing Planning Associate – End Users is a role within our Aftermarket Division.
What you can look forward to as Integrated Marketing Planning Associate – End-Users:
• Planning & Execution of Commercial Programs: Manage content development, media deployment and measurement of commercial programmes, across all products & solutions, ensuring personalized messaging which resonates with customer needs, designed to drive acquisition, penetration and retention of customers within the End-User of Passenger Cars audience based on this understanding, to strengthen pull effect from PC End-User to workshops Partner with data analytics team to develop insights into End-User journeys and preferences,
• Customer Identification and Understanding: Supports identification of key Personas, Ideal Customer Profiles and Maps Customer Journey and customer data flows within the Passenger Cars End-user audience. Oversees that relevant content for Passenger Cars End-user is planned and developed to support increased audience reach, engagement and conversion based on this understanding. Partner with data analytics teams to develop insights into end-user journeys & preferences,
• Sales and Channel Enablement: Collaborating with regional teams to ensure commercial programs are localized, adapted, and executed in alignment with marketing plans. Ensuring ZF sellers have access to right tools and messaging to win in the market,
• Stakeholder Management: Establishing internal alignment and engagement in our Commercial Programmes and commercialisation of new product & service innovations for End-User of Passenger Cars, ensuring exceptional execution in the regions,
• Measurement & Optimization: Responsible for KPI monitoring to assess effectiveness of marketing campaigns, which overall supports the customer marketing strategy to refine End User activities, identify best practices & optimize future marketing efforts.
Your profile:
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field,
• Minimum 2 years proven experience in marketing roles, ideally in automotive aftermarket or strong B2C brands,
• Advanced organizational and project management skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously, aligned with the overall business objectives,
• Experience and understanding of demand & lead generation and campaign development and global execution,
• Commitment to improving the customer experience, combined with ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs,
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization,
• Fluency in English.
