What you can look forward to as Integrated Marketing Planning Associate - End Users (m/f/d):
- Planning & Execution of Commercial Programs: Partner with global, cross functional teams to manage Marketing plan execution by content development, media deployment and measurement of commercial programs, across all products & solutions,
- Customer Identification and Understanding: Become a customer experts, by supporting the identification of key Personas, Ideal Customer Profiles, Maps Customer Journey and - data flows. Engage with customers by overseeing that relevant personalized content is planned and developed to support increased audience reach and conversion. Partner with data analytics teams to continuously develop insights into end-user journeys, preferences to finetune best practiced communication channels,
- Sales and Channel Enablement: Share your knowledge and drive outcomes by collaborating with regional teams to ensure commercial programs are localized, adapted, and executed in time. Ensuring our sales team is equipped with right information and tools to win in the market,
- Stakeholder Management: Drive communication, by establishing internal alignment and engagement of our Marketing activities and commercialization of new product & service innovations for your audience, ensuring exceptional execution in the regions,
- Measurement & Optimization: Measure your success and improve by monitoring KPIs to assess effectiveness of marketing campaigns to refine activities, identify best practices & optimize future marketing efforts.
Your profile as Integrated Marketing Planning Associate - End Users (m/f/d):
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field combined with fluency in English.
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in marketing roles, ideally in strong B2C brands,
- Experienced in latest digital social media channels, with a strong interest in end-user communication
- Strong ambition to drive changes in a challenging environment
- Advanced organizational and project management skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously,
- First experience and understanding of demand & lead generation including campaign development and global execution,
- Commitment to improving the customer experience, combined with ability to adapt to changing market conditions & customer needs,
- Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and different levels of the organization,
